Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the rules for using our website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are
This website, contentual.com, is run by Contentual ("we", "us" or "our"), a content strategy and marketing agency with teams in South Africa and the United Arab Emirates. You can contact us at info@contentual.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of our website only. If you become a client, the work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, such as a signed proposal or contract. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
3. Using our website
You may use our site to learn about us and get in touch. Please don't:
- Use the site for anything illegal or harmful
- Try to break into, damage or overload the site
- Copy large parts of the site or use automated tools to collect its content without our permission
- Send us false information or pretend to be someone else
4. Our content and your use of it
The words, designs, logos, videos, photos and other content on this site belong to us or to the people who gave us permission to use them. You can view and share links to our pages, but you can't copy, change or reuse our content for business purposes without our written permission.
5. Client work and brands shown on the site
Some of the work, logos and brand names on our site belong to our clients and partners. We show them to share examples of our work. They remain the property of their owners, and showing them does not mean those brands endorse this website.
6. Briefs, forms and enquiries
When you send us a brief, book a call or fill in a form, we will treat what you share with care and only use it to respond to you, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Sending us a brief or booking a call does not create an agreement for us to do any work, and does not oblige you to hire us. Work only starts once we have both agreed to it in writing.
7. Information on our site
We work hard to keep our site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise that everything on it is always complete or correct. Results we share from past work, such as campaign numbers, show what we achieved for those clients. They are not a promise of the same results for you.
The content on our site is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.
8. Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as social media and the platforms that host our videos. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they work.
9. Website availability
We try to keep our site running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors or viruses. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.
10. Limits of our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, our website or the information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that the law says cannot be limited, including your rights as a consumer.
11. Privacy and cookies
How we handle your personal information and cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can change your cookie choices at any time using the Cookie settings link.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
13. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disagreement will be handled by the South African courts. If you live elsewhere, you may also have rights under your local law.
14. Contact us
If you have any questions about these terms, please get in touch.
